  I stay at about 5-10 Holiday Inns a year for work, and while some are imperfect, some are forgettable, this one impressed! Friendly staff and easy check-in, a convenient location, surprisingly quiet rooms, underground parking (lucked out on one of the 15 spaces), the usual breakfast was fresh and on-time, and the workout area was in fine shape. Older hotel means a slightly smaller room, but I wasn't tripping over anything. It had a desk, a quiet heater, a refrigerator, and was well-lit. Seems to

  Came for one night before morning flight at LGA. Easy check in. Because we had the ihg credit card they gave us a complimentary update to a suite. Room was super clean, comfy bed and quiet. Continental breakfast was very good with variety including cinnamon rolls. Good coffee available 24 hrs a day. Everything was perfect until we waited for the free shuttle to airport. It corks every 30 minutes. We needed the 7:30am shuttle and driver came at 7:49 with no apologizes and seemed slightly annoyed.

  This hotel is in a great location, the offer a shuttle from the LGA airport, safe location, walking distance to the subway, the neighborhood is quiet, convenient and breakfast is superb. My stay did have a few hiccups with the heat in my room. The extremely kind staff did everything they could to help the situation. Brandon and another gentleman over the night shift. Both went upstairs to help me. Unfortunately I had to change rooms. Brandon went and turned the heat on as I was getting my things
