My sister, her family, and I stayed there for four days, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were great, and the views were awesome. The staff was friendly, helpful, and amazing. The only downside is the location. The hotel is in an industrial area and far from public transportation, so you either need to use Uber or wake up early enough to catch the hotel shuttle before 11 a.m. The shuttle only takes you to one specific location. On the Fourth of July, we told the shuttle driver
I had a fabulous stay here and received incredible customer service, especially from Araceli, who’s incredibly helpful and caring! The room is clean and spacious. After a small upgrade thanks to my IHG membership, I got a room with spectacular view of the NYC skyline. The free shuttle service to the nearby subway station was also super useful, plus offering a wide variety of great food options in that area. I enjoyed my two days here very much and would definitely like to stay here again in futu
This is a great hotel. It’s only a 20 to 25 minute walk to three different subway stations-one of which is accessible. Wendy at the front desk was amazing! She gave me a late checkout on my last day which allowed me to complete some work tasks before heading to the airport. Even though it’s close to the highway… You don’t hear it from the rooms, especially if the fan or air conditioner is on. The beds are comfortable… The breakfast is good and the service is great.
