  Very disappointed in our stay, checked out after 1st night on May 12th due to issues with a small bed size and sheets cleanliness, they smelled as they had not been changed, we used T-shirts to cover the pillows They would not change our room for the rest of our 5 night stay and offered 10,000 points in compensation, which we feel is not sufficient.   We stayed for 4 nights (family of 6). 200ft from subway station one stop and you’re in midtown. Well maintained. Great shower. Clean. Great staff - Cal greeted us on arrival with a smile and was great throughout our stay. It was very busy because clearly we aren’t the only ones to have discovered this gem while visiting NYC. At least half the price of any other comparable hotel in Manhattan. Neighbourhood is ok too. Really couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re taking a family vacation to NY

  I've stayed here twice now- once in nicer weather and once after the big storm at the beginning of 2026, both times on business trips. In both cases I found the hotel staff friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and all the amenities I needed either in the room or easily accessible. I spent a day working from the room this past trip and found the desk setup to be great, and the chair comfortable enough for a day of work.
