If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I’ve lived around here for years & this particular establishment never fails to disappoint. Over the years I’ve had at least 3 different incidents here, last night being the last. Each time I’ve visited was years in between as I know these restaurants tend to change owners & I wanted to give them a fair chance but I can now say I will NEVER attempt to patron them with business ever again. I haven't been here since 1989, made a drive through in 2017, but now that I see the old Hong Chang pic, I remember. Only one person I know still remains in the area. I'll try your food and review, before the years end (2025). Thanks (30 yr old rating posted)
