The food is very good & made quickly. The staff is professional. And I've never had an issue with delivery either. But understand this place is no frills. None! It's strickly pick up or delivery. There are no tables & barely enough room for more then 2 or 3 people to order inside. But it is also one...maybe the only.. inexpensive places left in Greenpoint to eat. And I am thankful for that.
I ordered from GrubHub and apparently according to the lady I suppose to specify I don’t eat pork. Ice ordered here before on grubhub with no problem. I’ve called to create another order the lady who answered was very rude saying I can’t do that and how I canceled the order. Yes I cancel and request refund cause there was pork and I wasn’t aware I suppose to specify when I ordered there before. Delivery guy is very emotional & greedy. I tip what I want, not what you pressure me to tip. I have ordered food from this restaurant for my staff totaling over $50 several times. I do not feel valued as a customer. Now I have to find a new place to buy food for my coworkers. I can’t spend another dollar here.
