Ok....we last-minute booked this place because the other hotel the wedding party was staying in was awful and scary. This Hyatt was fantastic, they have parking (super convenient!!) at a good price, AND the concierge was able to get us a room a little early for us to get ready for the wedding at 11. I greatly appreciate the customer service, accommodation, and the room was clean and nice..gym is good, AC works well, bed is comfy, shower is hot. I'll definitely be back!
Great location, there are 2 subway stations nearby. The room was clean. The only thing is the lighting in the room was insufficient. The light switch by the door only lights up the doorway area, not the whole room. At night time, I had to turn on all the lamps to be able to see. Breakfast had a very good variety of items. I would definitely consider staying here again.
We just spent 4 nights at Hyatt Place Long Island City for a family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are incredibly spacious, making it an ideal choice for families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, which made our stay even more comfortable.
