This review is specifically in regard to their oxtail omelette . I was so excited to try it as I’ve heard good things from people who’ve tried it at the other ihop location that does it. But it was disgusting. Majority of the pieces had huge chunks of fat in it throughout the omelette (as pictured) and the entire thing was inedible as a result of that. It’s so expensive for it to taste so horrible . I do not recommend!
This place is shameful, I walked in yesterday January 23, 2026, at approximately 230pm with the manager standing right there, and experienced the following: 1) Dirty table 2) Dirty utensils 3) Coffee pot was dirty 4) Cold food - Hash Browns, etc., no wonder it came out quick. 5) Server didn’t follow instructions, I told him no butter on my pancakes. 6) Manager and staff discussing operations and scheduling, out loud, right near me. I just want to take a moment to recognize Rayvn G for the incredible service she provided during yesterday’s National Pancake Day. It was extremely busy, high-energy, and nonstop — but Rayvn handled the pressure like a true professional. Even with the rush, she stayed calm, focused, and efficient.
