Extremely disappointed! On my way to work, going to Grand Central Terminal from Westchester County, I exited the Metro North train @ Fordham to go to Insomnia Cookies about 2:50pm (afternoon). I try to enter, but the door was locked. A young lady looks out from the back, never came to the door, and gave a hand signal they were closed and turned away to disappear where she was no longer visible. No explanation or anything. I need someone to address this immediately. My last three orders have arrived burnt — not slightly overcooked, but completely burnt and inedible. This is unacceptable. There is no way these cookies were boxed without someone noticing the condition they were in. It feels like because the order was placed through a delivery app, basic quality control was ignored.
