I’ve been to a lot of gyms and this is by far one of the best environments I’ve trained in. The gym is always clean, the equipment is great, and the atmosphere is super motivating and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Darius — genuinely one of the best trainers out there. He’s knowledgeable, patient, pushes you to do your best, and actually cares about your progress. Amazing staff with really good machines. some machines received an upgrade this year! The staff is super chill and have solid shake recommendations. Best part is that everyone is working out and reaching goals. Switched to this gym last year and I do not regret it. Hoping the grasmere location returns in the future.
I love this gym! Everyone who works here is genuinely so kind and welcoming, and it makes such a difference walking into a place with that kind of positive energy. It’s always very clean and well-kept. The shakes are also amazing!! My go-to is the Peanut Butter & Jelly. Great atmosphere, great people, and a place I genuinely look forward to starting my days with!
