Iced oat latte was fair. Could have used more ice. $8 Blueberry muffin was pretty just OK. Could have been a bit more crusty. Not overly sugary but also not stale. $8 Overall satisfied for an airport roastery.
I had an early Friday morning flight to attend a funeral and I got to LGA early to relax with a coffee. I walked around a bit in the area after immigration check and finally decided to get a coffee at Irving Farms. After a short wait, I got a decaf americano and it was made perfectly correctly. The terminal was not too busy this day so I easily found a chair and table to sit and enjoy the coffee. The staff at Irving were all very nice and professional.
Axter mogt was very helpful - she stepped in after realizing the other employee lacked any common sense and customer support ability. I asked for a splash (even saying a tablespoon full) of almond milk and the other employee said it was a dollar extra, regardless of the amount of milk. While absurd, Axter quickly made the executive decision to give me an extra shot and the tablespoon of almond milk I requested on the house. Great service and a well deserved recognition. Thank you Axter!
