If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience at this Jersey Mike’s Subs location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The store appeared dirty and unsanitary, which was concerning, especially seeing that the location already has a B health rating posted at the front. After placing a large order, I realized the soda from the fountain was warm, so I politely went back to ask for a cup of ice. Order delivered by Uber eats. Ordered 2 sandwiches, BLT and Italian. The Blt was pathetic and did not have any of the vegetables or the condiments. The Italian sub was not much better. The meats were there, but again none of the vegetables and condiments. Never will order online again from this store. I probably would not go to the store either. Would give it 0 stars if possible.
Yesterday afternoon they were super busy with customers as well as online orders but they did an amazing job. One girl and 2 men they held down the store and helped everyone as fast as they could. I appreciate it. 🙏 will def come back
