I usually enjoy my food but today I didn't. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries weren't done and looked like it was half and order and the burger was wrapped in paper not in foil. There was a big spot of grease on the bag. Today I was disappointed. Won't order from them for awhile.
I order from Jimbos every morning, but today I went to a different location, which I rarely do and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The location in my neighborhood never treated me this way ever! The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The heavy set man handling payments was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason. On top of that, I was overcharged, and I still don’t understand why Jimbos prices vary from one location to another.
So I haven’t had the pleasure to try all their dishes but for the past year I love the bacon burger combo with my usual add ons( sweet potato fries mushrooms and avocado)or the pancakes combo and the food is always delicious like I never had a complaint don’t get me started on the sweets too I love the moose cake … so if you haven’t tried to eat here yet please do ( ps try the homemade tea )
