It’s so refreshing when you try a black / Caribbean owned restaurant and have no complaints. The guy that served me was super nice and friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean. It’s a mix of Guyanese, Jamaican and Trinidadian. The menu is extensive but not overwhelming. So many great options, I couldn’t decide on one thing so I decided to try an Ackee patty, a lunch special meal which consisted of rice and peas, fried chickens and cabbage and a shark burger with sweet potato fries. Food is AMAZING 10/10!!! The Rasta pasta and salmon is my favorite meal to get.. but nothing has yet to disappoint! You will not regret getting anything. Even the smoothies are a hit 🔥!
Ordered jerk chicken and got served a dry, old, hard piece of meat that tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I went back and asked for my money back. The guy behind the counter told me “the chicken looked good.” I showed him a photo and even zoomed in on how dried out it was — he still insisted it was just made. There’s no way that chicken was fresh. Between the poor food quality and the lack of accountability, I won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that respects both
