The manager of this establishment is miserable. I ordered the eight piece chicken tenders special, and was given a bucket of wings and drumsticks. When I highlighted it wasn’t what I ordered, and pointed to the sign, the cashier directed me to the manager. The manager then ripped the sign off the window and said that special had ended the day prior. At no point was this communicated by the cashier. The manager did not take down the sign. Food is fine, but every time I’m here part of my order is missing like 75% of the time. This time they forgot a famous bowl. I received the sides and drink but no entree. I probably won’t return. Please stop stealing from me KFC.
visited this location today (Thursday, March 5) around 5:30 PM, and I am incredibly disappointed. I left the restaurant feeling genuinely upset due to the way I was treated by the two girls working the shift at that time. The service was unprofessional and, frankly, unkind. It is rare that I feel this poorly after an interaction at a place of business, but the staff members on duty made me feel completely unwelcome.
