I have not purchased from KFC for years. My senior mother had a craving for some, even though I warned her she would be disappointed. I believe was a black owned franchise. I am not sure if it is anymore. (1) They have bullet proof glass installed inside now and they can't hear you and you can't hear them when ordering. They don’t secure your food or drinks they don’t cancel or contact you if they don’t have a item you ordered they never answer them phone when you called don’t waste your money here they need to shut this place down fries come hard as brick ordered here multiple times to know SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN
