The service here is awful . Extremely slow, rude workers that hate their job, lack of professionalism. The lady working on 4/16 takings the orders" was extremely rude. I have been here a few times and never experienced good service.
Manager here is very rude. We placed an order online for pick up and when we got to the story the manager said someone picked up the order already. The manager gave the wrong person our order and said she doesn’t feel like making the food again. She is a lazy woman and shouldn’t be working there. Terrible service by them
Employees preparing food with no gloves and the whole preparation area is a mess. Employees openly just lounging and also addressing customers inappropriately.
