Horrible service. Ordered though the kiosk and waited for 20 minutes for my order. After that I asked the cashier to check if the order went through, and she wasn't speaking any English ( this is ok cause English isn't my first language as well), but instead of trying to figure out what happened she went to the bathroom!!!!!! She came back wiping her hands with paper towels/napkins and asked one of the other employees to assist me! The guy check the system and didn't find my order. Tech glitches
This place is pretty crummy the food is ok but takes forever the staff are rude and incompetent. It’s pretty gross. Usually the bathrooms in fast food places are gross but this entire place is as gross as a fast food bathroom. The Wendy’s near prospect is so new and delicious and CHEAP. Id rather walk there then go here to spend double on a burrito box thing with those nasty cinnamon twists. Seriously a box here is atleast $9 with tax is $9.80. I just spent 6.50 on more food at Wendy’s in prospe
Ordered ahead for pickup and they only started making my order when I asked for it, except my order was marked as ready so why wasn't it ready when I got there? Anyway, I only ordered two things and they forgot my Mac and cheese bowl. Maybe if they didn't mark it as complete ahead of time they would've gotten it right. Took 20 mins to get my food after I got there. Staff is rude, speaking their own language while customers wait around asking for help and they're ignored. The food itself was fine
