  the room is very spacious and the staff is so welcoming and nice. i saw reviews saying that the staff is rude but my experience was totally different. the rooms were very nice and you were provided with a water fill station with very good filtered water in the hallway. however the ac was making weird noises not loud just weird like a buzz that was very loud in different parts of the room. other than that the stay was very nice since we changed out previous hotel to this one. i liked the water te

  We just completed our second stay at Kimpton Theta Hotel in Time Square. Another wonderful stay in a prime location and an incredible team of professionals caring for our family! Kudos to Princess and Tanya for their amazing assistance and kindness. We book this hotel every time we're in NYC...truly the best.   We had a very good stay overall and would consider this hotel again, especially when traveling with a pet. A big plus is the pet-friendly policy, which felt very reasonable and based on common sense rather than excessive rules or charges. This is quite rare in U.S. and much appreciated. The rooms are spacious by NYC standards, and the location is excellent — everything is easily accessible.
