I had a very disappointing experience at Koi in Bay Plaza Mall. The food was mediocre at best. The ramen was a very poor imitation of what ramen should be — honestly, instant ramen tastes better than what I was served here. After eating there, I actually felt sick for days, which made the experience even worse. The little train that delivers the food is a cool concept, but it looked like it really needed cleaning. Not coming here again. The whole place was so gross - we sat here for an hour and watched the same plates of sushi go around the belt the whole time. Service was fast but weirdly confrontational? Dust everywhere. Shortly after eating I got sick.
I went here for the first time to have lunch with my husband and daughter. The ambiance was nice, and the place was clean. The young lady that catered to us was very polite. I love how the food comes out on the revolving track. I would definitely go back. I honestly don't remember everything we ordered, but it was delicious. We had the bento box, wings, saski, sushi, and Japanese soda. We spent about $80-100. It was worth every penny.
