It's a decent comfortable lounge, with good WiFi. Not at all crowded when I was there. Adequate toilet facilities so no lines- the men's room had two stalls and a urinal (I've been in lounges that had just one for each sex resulting in waits and even some that had no toilets- you had to go out to the ones in the terminal) and two sinks. Terrible experience! It’s written that seats are limited for Priority Pass but didn’t mention they don’t welcome PP holders. I waited till 9:30 pm on a Sunday. There’s no more Korean Air flights at Terminal 1 at JFK this night, but they still told me that only Korean Air (or Korean?) passengers are allowed. PP holders will need to wait till 11:30 pm! Came on a Sunday around 11:05PM for a 1:25AM flight. Was told to come back around 11:40pm because right now they were only allowing Korean Air passengers in. The receptionist also mentioned they close at 12:40am. The lounge was very full but we were able to find 4 seats for our family. Limited food offerings such as ramyun, chicken wings, fried rice and pasta. Selection of canned sodas and a small help yourself bar.
