Be careful when ordering the shrimp, twice now I’ve been served coconut shrimp (not on the menu, yet somehow I’ve been served it) despite ordering regular shrimp. They didn’t say it was coconut shrimp. First time they said “all we have is coconut shrimp” (while inside the place). Second time I called to report it, they said they didn’t have coconut shrimp on the menu. Not sure who in their kitchen is adding coconut, but with no disclosure it’s an allergy hazard. I went in to this location and placed an order for a popcorn chicken combo and an additional 2 pieces of fish. When I arrived home which is 2 blocks from the restaurant I discovered my combo was missing fries so I called the location. Only to be told that the person who had taken my order had left for the day and that I could come back to pick up the missing item. I’m literally just getting home from work and asked the young man to deliver the missing item to which he responded that he couldn’t
Ordered a burger and fries. Food was not it. I ate from here before and didn’t have a bad experience. However, this time the ingredients didn’t taste fresh. Burger buns was stale, fries was stale, burger patty stale, Expected better!
