Came in early due to a coupon I received through the application. Very excited to find parking and no crowd yet on Fordham. Your donuts are always Fabulous but the store smelled like dirty armpits when I came in. Even a family came in after and she was like what Is that smell. Not good hygiene practice smh. Secondly this store is always having a problem with the register every time I provide a coupon or reward from the Krispy Kreme app it takes the attendant a while to figure out how to apply or
Walked into a very clean store. Welcomed right away by someone behind the counter. Gave us time to peruse our surroundinga before we picked up the Harry Potter donuts with an iced coffee. Tasty on all fronts. Given to is with a friendly smile and excellent service. Will go there again even though prices have gone up way a lot. But, you pay for the service, the product, and the experience. Thanks, Krispy Kreme!!!
Very crowded area only went there to try the app deal dozen donuts for $6.49 “too good to go”. Turns out you cannot pick a donut you only get what they give you. I asked for a glazed donut she didn’t give me not a single one. She gave me the lemons and unwanted donuts lol. Difficult to find a parking spot 😂. Despite my unfortunate circumstance the customer service is good. The people are polite not rude or ghetto. I called ahead if I can pick my order and the person agreed. Found a parking spot
