Cute family owned and operated Thai spot. The food is delicious and flavorful. The family is so sweet and cute. They were making little almond cookies at the table and before I left, the gave me one. Also delicous. Eating Thai food warm and in the restaurant has no comparison to delivery. Thai dumplings & chicken Phad Thai !
Truly a hidden gem. The food was delicious and the owners were super friendly. They were testing a new menu item and let us try it for free just to hear our thoughts. Pricier than other places, but the portions are generous and everything tastes great. My favorites were the sour curry and Branzino over noodles. Will definitely be coming back!
Kub Kao is a great addition to Greenpoint. I loved the pomelo salad with fresh, sweet pomelo tossed in a spicy, punchy sauce and sweet crispy shredded coconut and cashews . The boat noodle soup was perfect with a deep, rich, slightly sweet and spicy broth and tender beef. Perfect for these frigid temps and will be on my regular rotation. The staff is very sweet, and I can’t wait to come back to try more dishes.
