This is a great counter order restaurant. I'm not sure what is wrong with everyone leaving 1 star reviews but you need to go to their little counter and look at the food to see what looks good that day. This is not the place to get grilled chicken breast because that's not the style that is good. Also, dark chicken meat is always more delicious so go make your little grilled chicken at home and stop thinking restaurants will cook it to your tastes when you go out. The lady at the counter didn't speak English. I looked at the picture on the door that said calinda "la gitana" thinking that was a dish. The women said si and kept waiting for something else. I had to muster all the Spanish I know along with gesture. At the end, I have to give up and pick from the buffet. Which is fine. It's Queens and I wouldn't insist people to speak English. The real problem was food. The beans and rice was about to go bad. It must've left on the warm buffet all day long. I
23 dollars no drink other places can feed a family for that price. but i only decided to put this post because the chicken tasted like it was freezer burned or something hopefully i dont get sick 🤢 ill be sure to enjoy my tostones onions and beans 😂😂😂😂😂 keep it up guys place looks good!
