I bought a beef stew in a big container and paid $22.00. I started eating and the beef taste not good and taste like it’s past due. I called to complain and the lady says I am the first customer who complained and couldn’t do anything. I asked if she can tell who is serving but she refused. I will not buy in this store again. Bad customer service at least offer an exchange.i have to throw away the beef.
The service is terrible. The last four orders I've placed have all arrived wrong. I always order the family combo #2. Something's always missing—the wings, the garlic knots, or the soda. But with my last order, they sent me combo #1 instead of #2. I called to complain, and the girl I spoke to was rude; she's the owner's daughter. This always happens on Sundays!
Ordered 3 lunch special pasta and got awful vinegar tasting pasta. I called to let them know the pasta was bad and the lady answered I was being rude and at no point did I say anything offensive but as a restaurant owner I told her to be careful someone can get sick and I’m not calling for a refund or anything but doing them a favor not to keep serving that pasta.
