This was our first time here and we will absolutely be returning!! The food was incredible, fast service and the staff was very friendly. The owner David dropped by to chat and ask about our dining experience, such a sweet guy! Thank you for the amazing food and lovely experience!!
Laila is a beautiful restaurant in Bay Ridge with some truly amazing food. The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars is that service was slow for us. Based on others experiences, I think this was likely just an off night for them, but we waited a little over an hour between appetizers and entrees. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The shish tawouk was absolutely delicious — juicy, well-marinated, and perfectly grilled.
