Two tias indeed! This place felt like I was back in Bogota. Chicharrones, arepas, frijoles, avocado… I was so happy to stumble upon this eatery. And it’s very inexpensive for the size of portions. I hope I end up back here. They also have a bunch of familiar Colombian products which I loved to see.
We randomly came across this place after a diner we were heading to was full. I’m so glad that we had the opportunity to come here instead! The food was amazing, the portion was more than enough and gave me plenty more to look forward to at home. Only downside was that the prices weren’t posted so I just hoped for the best. All three servers ask customers if they would like to leave a tip when they are paying with card. A tip should be given at the discretion of the customer not asked for after every transaction. Very unprofessional. If the servers feel entitled to ask for a tip they should request the owner to purchase a point of sale system (tablet that businesses use like Starbucks) that automatically asks if you would like to leave a tip and then you decide whether or not you would like to leave one.
