Its 12pm. Driving to a job i saw the location and ran in to grab a hot and ready pizza. I ordered it. And then the guy just stood there. I asked him can I have t he pizza, im in a hurry. He said they arent ready and ill have to wait. I dont have 10 mins to spare!! I told him they are called hot and ready for a reason to which he replied," it's slow at this time." SO HAVE at least 1 or 2 damn pizzas ready!! I got a refund and left. 👎
When in to order waited 10 mins before someone came to the counter. It was like 3 people behind me also waiting. Made the order it came out to $38.00 bucks was told they don’t have change for a $50.. the person taking the order didn’t get his name he was very rude. Was told not giving you the order what is that about? Stay away from this new location they are rude not a way to start out especially if they are new to the neighborhood. Food always takes so long to come out, usually because there's only one person working, even during a lunch rush on a weekday. Thats more on the owner that the employee. What IS on the employee is how they dont greet you when you enter. It's fine to be busy, but it costs nothing to say "one moment, please." The food is okay so as long as you know what you're getting as far as customer service and wait time, then it's fine to eat at. I order in advance then drive there (and still have to wait lol
