A charming little spot to try out their desserts. The latte was absolutely amazing—served piping hot, just as I requested. The tiramisu cheesecake was interesting, not fresh, though it wasn’t quite to my taste, so I might not go back for that. Overall, the place had a lovely ambiance and I enjoyed my visit
The bakeshop is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They have multiple locations including Manhattan. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Customers can choose from cupcakes, cookies, cakes, pies, brownies, muffins, croissants, ice cream and beverages. I ordered a brownie and southern red velvet cupcake. Both were small and sweet. I recently placed an order for pickup. I ordered a total of 6 cupcakes, 1 was gluten free for my son who has celiac disease. Unfortunately, and most important, the gluten free cupcake was placed in the same box without any separation from the others made with gluten. It was wedged right next to and in between the others. As a result it was wasted and my son was not able to eat it. Lesson learned for me-- and hopefully for the establishment-- going forward I will make sure to specifically note
