Normally, we'd see these previous reviews and steer clear. But with over 3 hours to kill, we didn't even check the reviews. There was no wait. We were there on a Saturday night at 7:30pm. You scan an iPad and are able to order your food from your phone. I saw a review that said they require you to share your information via account sign up but that was clearly OPTIONAL. Ordered a medium well burger with a lettuce wrap and a soda on my phone. I had to ask the staff for my Diet Pepsi after waiting 10 minutes and watching them stand around. My burger comes and the patty is barely warm and raw. The woman who brought me my burger was the nicest one there. It’s upsetting that I did not feel comfortable sending it back due to the negative feeling I got from majority of the staff so I tried to eat some of it with the blood juice all on my plate and fries. This place looked nice while passing by, inside there's restaurant seating somewhat like a diner. Cozy vibe for sure, but the cocktails we got were in juice glasses for $18 a pop. Not much liquor either. Obviously you'd have to deal with airport pricing but these aren't even regular sized drinks. Bloody Mary is nice and tasty though. We thought of having breakfast here as well but probably better to find another one stop shop.
