As a NYer who lived and traveled through California and Texas, I’m always on the hunt for GOOD Mexican food. This place does not disappoint. I came with my baby and the server was wonderful. I had Al Pastor taco (favorite), steak taco, chicken tamale, pico , and guac. They also had a salsa verde that I think they make in house cause it had a unique kick. Will definitely return!
It’s another gorgeous day & I wasn’t in the mood to cook. The day before payday & I thought what‘s in walking distance that isn’t too expensive. So I decided to come here, since I knew the food was good. (I normally get delivery from here) I guess I got there before the dinner crowd started (if they have one on Wednesdays) I had the place all to myself. The waitress was polite & my food was served in a timely fashion. The first room is quaint with vibrantly colored sombreros & scarfs decorating
We loved our waitress, Gabby! The entire vibe of the restaurant was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing! So authentic, well-seasoned— delicious! And the service was so excellent!!! Highly recommend the chicken quesadilla. Also- We sat at the most beautiful flower-design cobalt blue table with flower chairs, and the sunshine warmed us through the window on a cold winter day.
