I was disappointed that I was told no one at the establishment spoke English. It’s operating in the United States of America where the official language is English. To make matters worse they thought it funny that they didn’t understand my order. They gave me hot dogs instead of beef. I should have made a big deal about but I realized I threw away $12 on Chimi hotdogs. I won’t be back!
This location never disappoints! My go-to is the mofonguitos mixto, palitos de queso, and quipes everything is always flavorful, and well cooked. Great portions and friendly service too. Definitely a spot I keep coming back to!
Chimi is smaller than the location in queens. Also its supposed to be a whole patty not 2 long pieces so weird and just extra sloppy. The patty had no flavor. Skimmed on toppings as wells. I also found a hair in my tres leche. Just trash. It took over an hour. I do not recommend this location.
