The chicken they gave me was raw, I bought 2 pieces. I ate one and when I was eating the other one, I noticed blood. It was red I thought my gums were bleeding but no. I went back and they started yelling at me saying they will only refund me for half since I only brought 1 chicken back! They were so rude and refused to give me a full refund. They said “take 3 or nothing”.
Hello, honestly, I was expecting this food to be better. I order rice, chicken and beans. The rice was very hard, the chicken was unseasoned, the beans taste wear. They also added some Platano maduro, and it was uncooked. I won't be ordering from here no more. The food I did not finish it all.
This is a very tiny Cuchifrito. I have to admit for being such a small place. They have very good food. However, their customer service sucks The cook is very mouthy, quick to snap over a very polite question. I order a (tres golpe) which should have two eggs, two cheese, two salami, unlike the personal, which has only one of each. People need to understand that customer service is very important to grow your business, and regardless of how good your food is, if you give attitude to a customer y
