DOG FRIENDLY 🤍 Started going because my homie Brandon started bartending there but it quickly became another home bar for me. It draws a pleasant crowd or at least curates ones. We headed to Lou’s after dinner at Rolo’s—it’s about a 20-minute walk, which wasn’t bad at all. A friend recommended it since she comes here often and knows the bartender. Lou’s is very much a neighborhood bar, and it gets packed. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff handles the crowds like pros, fast, attentive, and efficient no matter how busy it gets. Overall rating: 4.7 CASH ONLY. I had this place saved to try for awhile because their drinks are very affordable and I wanted to go on a bushwick bar crawl. While the drinks were affordable, a little bit too far from everywhere else. Def more of a well groomed local spot. The drinks were good , but seems more of a group hang than a spot to pregame.
