Wow, amazingly delicious NY-style pizza at local Brooklyn prices and not inflated Manhattan prices. Good food and service at good prices. Who would've thought that business model would work?!! That is why Lucia X has slowly become our new favorite pizzeria, especially for their clam pizza on Fridays. We also love their margherita pizza and vodka pizza. I had Lucia Pizza of Ave X several times now and every time I order it I remember why I keep going back, the food is amazing and consistent. Just the mozzarella sticks alone show the passion in their food. These aren't your regular frozen mozzarella sticks you get at every other pizza spot. They are homemade and absolutely delicious! This says a lot about who they are. Don't sleep on this spot!
I especially enjoyed the pepperoni pizza — it’s the best option on the menu and I definitely recommend it 🍕 However, there is one major downside. I’ve been here multiple times, and the tables are always dirty. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to be cleaned, which really affects the overall dining experience. The pizza itself is good, but the cleanliness seriously needs improvement.
