I haven’t had the actual pizza but was looking for pizza dough in the neighborhood to make pizza at home with my kids. The guys were so sweet. When Champion tried to charge me a whole cooked pie for a ball of raw dough, Lucia did not disappoint. The dough was delicious, the service impeccable. I will be back for the pizza when I feel less ambitious.
Ordered baked ziti from here and it’s normally really good but this time it was disappointing. We got sent burned ziti and when calling back to let them know about the quality the cook was very defensive. They swore they didn’t send it out like that and as a long time customer from the flushing location I will not be ordering anymore from here.
I really like the pizza from this place. I think it's better than Due Fratelli, Champions, and the Sisters. I've been three times and enjoyed my slice each time. Great weekday lunch special as well. I love having a hole-in-wall spot that serves great classic pizza.
