I’ve been to damn near every pizza joint in NYC.. this one really took me by surprise. We were enamoured by the red outdoor seating, which led us to walk up and chat with the owner. We ended up getting the Hawaiian pizza.. and wow.. it really hits every single taste bud available within your mouth. The service, and speed of service was outstanding. I would have had a picture of the good, but we demolished it within seconds. Will be back next time I dj at summer club NYC.
First the pizza is great, second the sign of a good business is how they handle issues, we had a delivery mishap, Luca handled it very well, re made it and re delivered it very quickly, and called to make sure we had our pizza. And lastly the pizza is delicious and really well crafted. Peanut loves it too!
I ordered delivery service and took advantage of their buy 1 get 1 free on the Margherita pizza. I selected the “lightly cooked” option which they have done successfully in previous orders. However, when both pizza arrived the pizzas were cooked pretty hard. I called the restaurant and was told that during the last round of orders that several orders are cooked at the same time which caused the pizzas to cook faster, which doesn’t really make sense to me.
