Loved everything about this place. Gee was so welcoming and his recommendations were so useful. Food was great and the spice was just the right amount. Would definitely recommend coming here. Their cocktail and mocktail options are so good. Had the Silk Sipper (mocktail) cause I was driving, and it was the right amount of a sweet and sour combo. Love this place so much, will be coming back!
Visited here for lunch with family. We had prior reservations. We ordered veg and non veg spicy dry bowls, waffle fries, spicy peanuts and dessert. Waffle fries and peanuts were great. Dry bowls were awesome. Dry bowls come with shareable qualities. Overall great dining experience. Highly recommend this place.
Greenpoint has not many authentic Chinese restaurants, MáLà is definitely one. I like their dry pot, you can choose your own ingredients and the level of spicy, they prepare it for you. Depending on how many items you like to put in, it could be enough for 2-3 people. Another item I want to recommend is Beijing ChǎoBǐng, it is a dish from Beijing region and mixed with Chinese pancake slices, veggies, and pork or beef. It is hard to find in restaurants in nyc but Mala Project has it and it taste
