Such a great place! The owner is the sweetest lady, the food is absolutely delicious, we got the scallion pancakes, shrimp wonton soup and fried pork dumplings and it all was so good! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is so cozy and nice, feels like a trip back home to your grandma. Just an absolute gem.
Mama’s Noodle House offers a lot of dishes that I remember from my childhood. I ordered my usual dish: shrimp wontons and it’s delicious. But I definitely want to try other dishes like the beef stew ho fun. The owners are very friendly. It’s also very conveniently located near the N train. Not many seats for dine-in, so take-out is a good option.
Cute small shop tucked away in the corner of a street. The restaurant is small maybe barely 500 sq ft but on a cold rainy day when we visited, it felt welcoming and warm. Although there are no fancy decorations nor furniture, we opted to dine in since there weren’t others when we visited. We did see multiple people coming in for take out orders.
