Horrible horrible food. The food has no flavor and who does chicken and waffle with chicken tenders ? Rather than fried chicken. The Dj was ehhh until later on. Highly overpriced for poor food and service! They charge for everything even to breathe. They do a mandatory coat check at the door which shouldn’t be like that. They charge $10 for coat check and if you want to keep your coat/jacket on they charge you $20! Why am I paying to take my own jacket/coat. I told the waitress that I suffer fro
Had a reservation for 2 pm, when I arrived the place was practically still closed. Had to wait until they finished setting up in order to sit down. That’s a huge lack of proper management. The brunch is only an hour and a half which made everything feel rushed. The waitress had an annoyed face and poor customer service skills. They didn’t allow us to cut the bday cake but don’t let you know that’s their policy before allowing you to make a bday reservation. Terrible experience, never going back
We arrived early, deposit paid, party assembled, birthday energy fully charged. The hostess, China, looked at our group like we were an inconvenience she hadn’t budgeted for and sent us away anyway. On a birthday. With a reservation. Before it had even started. We walked one block to 420, sat down immediately, ate well, and danced to a DJ who clearly understood the assignment. Sometimes the backup plan becomes the whole story. Save your deposit.
