The classic NY style cheesecake from Martha's is probably one of the best out there. If not that, its a really strong choice. It's extremely creamy but also crumbly as well and it also doesn't feel too heavy. I do think there are better flavors/toppings than just a plain NY style, but this is really solid!
Huge thanks to the amazing staff at Martha’s Bakery in Bayside for helping me with this order! Not only did the cake survive an hour drive to New Jersey completely intact, but it was also a massive hit. We got a 10-inch cake and there wasn’t one piece left. Everyone loved it!
