I visited for first time yesterday 6.19.26 (and not the last) Everything at this establishment is great! Our waiter Omar gave us impeccable service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I will make sure I recommend to others and of course return . Thanks to all the staff. Mattie
Love dining in here, service is always good and friendly, quesadilla, jalapeño and cheese pupusa, and torta Milanese are my favs. Molcajete is a big portion.
I really do love Maya Fusion Cafe, and honestly, there’s a lot to appreciate here, but they also need some work The menu is extensive. It kind of feels like when you go to a diner and you’re handed a book instead of a menu. I think they’d benefit from narrowing it down a bit so they can focus on perfecting a smaller set of standout dishes. That said, the food we tried was solid. The pupusas revueltas were delicious, the pollo and carne tostadas hit the spot, and the tamales de elote were fluff
