I don’t know who they recently hired as a cook, but I never had this problem until now. This is ridiculous.
I am a loyal customer with this Mcdonalds. And I NEVER had to write a bad review to any restuarant. I ordered through the app a mobile order to be brought to me to the parking spot #2 today at 8:35 pm. I waited about 20 minutes, and no one brought my order. At 8:53pm I decided to go in an see what was going on since ive never waited that long. The longest i waited was maybe 10 minutes. But i understood they were busy.
