The people working the night shift definitely don't know how to treat customers or delivery drivers. Humiliating a delivery guy just because he didn't speak English isn't funny. My order is always ready to be picked up when I arrive at the store. No waiting longer than 2 min. The workers are friendly. The place is clean.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a simple coffee through the mobile app thinking it would save time, but instead I ended up standing there for 15 minutes waiting like I hadn’t ordered at all.
