Definitely the worst location ive been to. Its like a social club every time ive gone in there. Order placed at 6:24pm, and at 6:42pm at the time of the review, still waiting. Not to mention, i never get my drink, Everyone is always just chit chatting behind the counter during the busiest time of the evening, dinner time! With only 1 drive thru lane, and almost 10 workers present, this slow food establishment made me wait 30 minutes for some nuggets and fries (mind you, a very small order). They decided to close the dine in area forcing everyone to order from the drive thru lane. This McDonald’s at College Point (20th Ave) is always on point! The service here is consistently great — the staff is friendly, fast, and they really keep things moving even during the busy hours. The place is super clean every single time I stop by, which says a lot about the management. You can tell they care about the customer experience.
