I sat in this drive thru line for almost an hour at 11pm on a Saturday night, although there were only 3 cars in the drive thru the line did not move at all. Instead I drove served workers laughing joking around and playing in the restaurant which causes me to believe instead of cooking the food and taking orders the employees here allow the lines to get backed up while they hang out on the McDonald’s clock! McDonald’s is “Fast Food” key word being fast! Not only did I wait forever for the line
I've been to this McDonalds several times. Every time they get the orders wrong, forget the sauces, never have ice cream, and never get the substitutions correct. Then when you bring it to their attention, they are nonchalant about it. Workers get upset when you request a sauce they forgot. Once or twice is fine. More than that is just unprofessional. Worst McDonald's I've been to!
