One of the worst McDonald's in the world! And of course, it's in the Bronx. The restrooms are absolutely filthy. The service is a mess: when you order at the kiosk, it forces you to enter a table number, but none of the tables actually have numbers on them! To make matters worse, the machine didn't give me a receipt after I paid, so I had no way to prove which order was mine. On top of that, it is very cold inside! Went here to eat and it was very clean and well-maintained. The food came out promptly.
I ask for the bathroom because I went with my kids I ordered food and the knot solution they try give it to me it was going to the bathroom on Dunkin’ and the manager Bryan it was racist and so disrespectful and unprofessional, he said he don’t speak Spanish and he only speak English, even though he don’t bring someone who speak Spanish to to help us with the issue.
