Hello—it is currently 3:12. Our order is ready, but your staff members are not coming forward to hand it out or ensure timely delivery. Please look into this matter; the staff is behaving very poorly and using abusive language. Just look at how many people have gathered here—yet not a single one of your employees has come out to distribute the orders.
Staff is very disrespectful and dismissive. Didn't even want to assemble questions about using the app and how to retrieve points. I've been faithful customer for years for over 20 years and I live right across the street. I will never go to McDonald's again. I'd rather support another brand thats shows better customer service.
Today there was a very unsafe and unacceptable situation at this location. A female employee and a male employee instructed drivers to pick up orders from the side where cars are actively moving, instead of using the safe pickup window that was available and not occupied. This created a serious safety risk. Drivers should not be forced to walk into traffic to collect orders. Their safety must be a priority.
