The service at this location is unprofessional and the workers on the night shift appear to be incompetent. They have missed whole items on several different occasions. For example, I ordered the new seasoned French fries. I received the bag but no fries. I called the store and was told the workers were moving fast and forgot. Tell the workers stop smoking on the job and wait until they get home. How do you for forget to place the fries in the bag? 😆
We tried drive thru and ordered happy meal upon checking the happy meal box there’s no happy meal inside. 2nd time I ordered mobile for pick up, I ordered 2 Mcdouble meal and guess what there’s only ONE Mcdouble inside! They were discussing as if it’s my fault!
They are fast & efficient, only had 1 mess up in all the years I have been going here. The food comes out good! The workers do there best despite characters who come there.
