Bad wait time, not even an apology after waiting 15 plus minutes for a mobile order. Please have team members go over time order was put in to keep guests informed. Its common courtesy.
First of all it took 15 minutes to get my food and I got it I was missing my soda i asked for a coca cola and it took an extra 5-7 minutes,once I got my soda I got sprite Instead.The food is good obviously because it's mc Donald's but low staff only 1 person was giving out the orders to the people and only 1 person was taking order,after all low staff didn't get what i wanted but the food is good I just like if they had more people giving out and to many people waiting for their food.
Okay so I just wanted a strawberry Fanta and when it came, 2/3 of the drink was literally just ice-cubes??? So I went to get another one, right? A lady told me to go to like the machine paying one so I said that I only had cash but she just told me to go there, my friend tried and it didn’t work. I js wanted my drink what’s so wrong abt that?? Also when we were ordering our food, we just paid at the counter and not the machine because it was a DIFFERENT worker. Do better next time xx
